The Engineers Estimate for the Base Bid is $505,000. Questions Due Date: Apr 1st 2022, 3:00 PM EDT Largely, the work includes the exterior painting and interior spot painting of a 1,000,000 gallon spheroid water storage tank with appurtenant improvements and repairs. The Contractor has the option to complete the project in the Spring or Fall of 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The Contractor shall abide by the following schedule: The Contractor has the option to complete the project in the Spring or Fall of 2022. Spring Schedule: Commence work on or after April 26, 2022. Substantial Completion by June 17, 2022, including cure and disinfection time. Fall Schedule: Commence work on or after September 6, 2022. Substantial Completion by November 11, 2022, including cure and disinfection time. The tank may be out-of-service a maximum of 50 days Intent to Bid Due Date: Apr 8th 2022, 3:00 PM EDT
