The project includes General, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Construction Contract(s) to perform the reconstruction and associated work at the Main K12 Building for Norwood-Norfolk Central School District. 1. The project consists of interior finishes throughout the school including flooring, painting and door hardware. Two computer rooms are being renovated with new finishes including MEP upgrades. Renovations to Girl's locker room on first floor. Repurposing of an existing Boy's locker room on the ground floor. Misc. Electrical upgrades including parking lot lighting. Replacement of specific pumps and sewage ejector. 2. Work that occurs after school is back in session after September 2022, will be required to be done during "B" shift and on weekends. Bidding documents will be delivered via UPS Ground Services upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00) per set, payable by Separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. Sets can also be overnight delivered to Upstate New York locations for a non-refundable delivery and handling charge of Seventy-Five Dollars ($50.00) per set. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and irregularities and reject any or all Bids.
