FIU is seeking general custodial and COVID disinfection services throughout various FIU Athletic facilities. Vendor will provide routine, scheduled, and unscheduled emergency cleaning services. Vendor shall designate a site supervisor and be readily available to provide services as assigned daily. Some cleaning will be done after business hours, weekends and on holidays. Vendor must furnish all the tools, equipment, safety materials, chemicals and etc. necessary to perform the work specified herein. The contract term will be for 3 (three) years with two optional 1 (one) year renewals.
