All Reponses shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount stated on the Bid Form. The bid security must be furnished by the Bidder at or before the opening of the Bids. The bid security shall either be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Florida, or Bidder shall furnish a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent of the total amount shown on the Bid Form That the Bidder maintains in active status any and all licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, bonds and other credentials including, but not limited to, all licenses necessary to perform the Work.
