The Mechanical Plumbing Contract shall also include furnishing and installing a complete plumbing system for the new building and all other related work as called for under the specifications and shown on plans. The Mechanical Plumbing Contract shall include all work under the listed Division 22 of the Specifications Index and all related Mechanical work as shown on the Drawings for the project. B. A Complete table of Mechanical Reference Symbols is shown on the plans. C. Under this Contract the Mechanical Contractor shall furnish the Owner with two 3-ring binders of all pertinent systems related documents. Submit manuals to the Engineer for his review. The Engineer will then turn books over to the Owner. The books shall contain the following items: 1. Shop drawings on all major equipment. 2. Operating Instructions for all major equipment. 3. Maintenance Instructions for all major equipment. 4. Wiring diagrams for all equipment. 5. Test and Balance Reports. D. The Mechanical Contractor is responsible for contacting the utility companies and coordinating the water, sewer and natural gas connections for the building service. Include all costs in bid. E. The Mechanical installation to be made under Divisions 22 is set up for contract bidding as follows: 1. Mechanical Plumbing Contractor is a sub-contractor to the General Contractor. a. The Mechanical contractor is responsible for own equipment, such as cranes, lifts, etc. in order to provide a complete installation of mechanical systems. b. The Mechanical contractor shall be a sub-contractor to the General Contractor and shall include in his bid, prices from sub-contractors for control wiring, and other trades necessary to complete the entire job
