Complete renovation of the existing wood structure including selective demolition, soil treatment, site work, walkways, paving, striping, landscaping, and irrigation. Remove existing exterior sliding, walls, windows, doors, window air conditioning units, maintain existing floor and roof structure. Build up new floor substrate level as specified, new interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, millwork, casework, flooring, plumbing fixtures, telecom, access control and audio visual equipment. New roofing, flashing, gutters, downspouts, adjustments to existing crickets and new roofs for portion of the buildings. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is 4:00 p.m. (HST) on March 21, 2022.
