Award: InterVistas Consulting Inc. for $375,000 The City of El Paso owns and operates the El Paso International Airport (EPIA) and is seeking proposals for air service development consulting services to support the Citys Department of Aviation (Aviation) in maintaining and expanding air service at El Paso International Airport (ELP). The City will award a maximum of one (1) consulting services agreement, hereinafter Agreement, to the Offerer who best demonstrates the ability to provide the scope of services. This Request for Proposal will comply with all federal and state requirements for notification of potential consultants and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, ensuring all interested parties have complete information and an equal opportunity to submit a proposal. Last Day for Offerors to Submit Written Questions March 23, 2022 Answers provided March 30, 2022 The successful Respondent(s) shall complete all work hereunder within the terms of the contract. The initial contract period shall be for a five (5) year term from the Effective Date of the Contract, e.g., the date on which the original Contract is executed by the City of El Paso The City of El Paso shall have the option to extend the term of the Contract for up to two (2) additional term of one (1) year.
