The intention of this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) is to solicit responses for Kitchen Equipment- District Wide. GISD is utilizing the Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFCSB) method for the procurement of this service in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031 Purchasing of Contracts, Item (3) Competitive Sealed Bids. Interested vendors should respond to this RFCSB and submit responses to GISD. GISD is looking to obtain responses from vendors that can offer the best value on Kitchen Equipment. It is the intention of GISD to establish one or more contract(s) with highly qualified Vendor(s). Your Proposal must be delivered in a sealed envelope or carton and received by the opening time and date listed. Submit one (1) hard copy marked "original", three (3) clearly marked exact copies of the original and one (1) electronic copy on USB in PDF Format. FAX, e-mail or other electronic Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be plainly marked with the CSRFB Number and Title above.
