The West Chester Area School District hereby requests proposals for supply and delivery of soil amendments and field supplies. This contract is for a period of one year. Prices are to be guaranteed for the first year.The scope of work includes: Supply and deliver soil amendments and field supplies as per the enclosed list to the Facilities Building as listed in this RFP. All orders must be delivered in full quantities (no back orders) and must be palletized where applicable. Delivery is required to be unloaded at the loading dock area and moved to inside the building.The quantities listed in this request are for price comparison purposes and may change due to actual needs. Actual order amounts will be confirmed prior to each delivery. Billing and payment will be based on actual items delivered if they are different from these amounts. Supplies are to be delivered on or before (but no more than 1 week) the following dates: Spring delivery by April 1 2022 Summer delivery by May 2022 Fall delivery by August 1st The School District reserves the right to make changes, corrections or additions to the bid in the form of written addenda if found necessary. The District has the sole discretion to accept the bid it considers to be in the best interest and not necessarily the lowest bid. The District also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part of a proposal, to waive technical defects, or adjust quantities if it is in the best interest of the District. The District may award all items or only partial items based on the best interest of the District.
