The last day to submit questions is Tuesday, March 22, 2022 by 3:00 p.m. JVWCD drilled four water production wells between 2006 and 2008. Due to the economy and the development of other sources, construction to equip these wells was not completed at that time. JVWCD now desires to equip these wells and feels it would be prudent to perform additional well development and test pumping due to the amount of time that has elapsed since the initial well development. The work for this project will include well development and test pumping at the four sites as described in the documents and specifications, restoration of the sites and facility to its preconstruction condition, and performing all Work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Etienne Way Well: 8300 South Etienne Way, Sandy, Utah Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price payable to the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of worker's compensation insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the project.
