Site work for a water / sewer project in North Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of North Muskegon in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids The project shall be substantially complete road opened to traffic (not including parking lot) by November 15, 2022. Final completion by May 25, 2023. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 900 feet of HMA Road removal and reconstruction 600 feet of HMA Road resurfacing 895 ft of 6-inch water main replacement 14,850 sft parking lot construction Water Service Replacements Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The project shall be substantially complete road opened to traffic by November 3, 2023. Final completion by November 17, 2023. See Progress Clause in Project Specifications for further requirements.
