The Town of Waterboro is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of siding and window at the Waterboro Town Offices located at 24 Townhouse Road. This project includes the removal of existing wood siding and windows and installing insulation and new vinyl siding and (9) windows Scope of Work: Removal of existing wood siding and windows Town of Waterboro will supply 40 yard dumpsters for demolition debris Inspection of and replacement of any damaged existing substrate plywood or boards upon removal of existing siding All surfaces to be inspected prior to installation of new siding Install 9 exterior windows (Harvey Slimline Single Hung Vinyl New Construction) Wood trim (jamb & casing) to be installed on all replaced windows Windows to be installed to existing openings no need for egress Install 2 fiberglass exterior doors (Therma-Tru Fiberglass Insulated Exterior Door) Both doors to have new casing installed inside Doors shall be outswing with crash bars & closure units Provide and install white matching vinyl siding Install new metal wrapped trim All products installed must follow manufacturers instructions Removal, repair, and re-installation of building sign, (Town will be responsible for re-doing the sign) Building Information: Project work is located at the Waterboro Town Hall at 24 Townhouse Road, East Waterboro. The building is a wood and timber framed building between additions on either side.
