Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Preservation of Affordable Housing Boston, in partnership with the MBTA is redeveloping the existing Mattapan Station Commuter Parking Lot at the MBTA's Mattapan Station. Through a MassWorks grant, the public infrastructure project will provide new pedestrian ramps and sidewalks, site drainage, street lighting infrastructure, construction of a separated bike lane, and paving of a new parking lot and repaving of the existing shared access drive and bus loop. The proposed project includes the redevelopment of the MBTA owned parking lot at the Mattapan Station Redline stop and bus terminal. The redevelopment includes the construction of a 6 story, 167,000 square foot building, property hardscaping, storm water runoff infiltration system, and improvements to the abutting public infrastructure. The work under the MassWorks grant will be limited to the installation of the stormwater runoff infiltration system and related drainage work, reconstruction of abutting concrete sidewalks, the addition of new ADA compliant pedestrian rams, installation of new vertical granite curbing along the redevelopment site, installation of new street light conduit and street light foundations, and resurfacing of the abutting bus loop and public roadway. The work under this project includes but is not limited to cold-planing and overlaying the existing asphalt pavement, full depth asphalt pavement reconstruction, drainage, constructing cement concrete sidewalks and driveway aprons, accessible wheelchair ramps, utility relocations, traffic signs, pavement markings, steel beam highway guard rail, street lighting, and temporary traffic control for construction operations,. The contractor must be pre-qualified by the MassDOT in the areas required for performance of the work. All personnel on site must have an active MBTA Right of Way Training card. Any individuals present without an active MBTA Right of Way Training card will not be permitted to perform work on site.
