In order to receive consideration of any question(s) regarding these documents such questions shall be submitted in writing addressed to the Pare Corporation, 8 Blackstone Valley Place, Lincoln, RI 02865, Attn. Robert J. Sykes, P.E. or by email to bsykes@parecorp.com and to be given consideration shall be received by the end of business day April 1, 2022. If in the opinion of the Superintendent of Public Works such questions are appropriate and clarification is necessary, the Superintendent shall issue addenda and forward copies of addenda to all prospective bidders known to have taken out contract documents.
