As of May 9, 2024, the project failed the funding appropriation vote. So the project is not going forward at this time. The original solicitation is listed below for historical reference. Construction Manager at Risk Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Whittier Technical High School located in Haverhill, MA. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Acting on behalf of the WRVTHS SBC and the Prequalification Subcommittee, Mr. James Riefstahl will be the contact person for this RFQ. Upon receipt of the RFQ, firms interested in submitting their Statement of Qualifications must submit an RFQ Interest Form to Mr. James Riefstahl at jriefstahl@leftfieldpm.com . This form is contained within the RFQ.
