The chiller plant will house two (2) centrifugal chillers and relocate the temporary chiller from the existing plant next to the new building. It will also be constructed to be expandable for future campus growth needs. Removal of an existing metal storage shed is required to accommodate this construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and construction services necessary to complete the construction of the project described herein. Work includes site work (excavation, fill, and grading), general construction, electrical, plumbing, and other trades as required to provide a complete and finished product.
