The service will begin on May 1, 2023 and will be for a period of three (3) or five (5) years, depending on the option chosen by the Régie. The territory of the Régie, for this call for tenders, includes the following municipalities: Saint-Thuribe, Saint-Ubalde, Saint-Casimir, Saint-Alban, Sainte-Christine-d'Auvergne (Lac-Clair sector), Saint-Marc-des-Carrières, Saint-Gilbert, Portneuf, Deschambault-Grondines, Saint- Basile, Cap-Santé, Donnacona, Neuville, Rivière-à-Pierre, Sainte-Christine-d'Auvergne, Saint-Léonard-de-Portneuf, Saint-Raymond, Lac-Sergent, Lac-Saint-Joseph, Fossambault-sur- le-Lac, Shannon, Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier and Pont-Rouge. The sealed envelope must be marked title and must be accompanied by a certified check or a deposit representing 10% of the total amount of the tender. The Portneuf Regional Residual Materials Management Board does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
