The envelope containing the Bid shall, indicated clearly on the front, that it is a Bid for "RANCH ROAD 12 SEWER MAIN", City of San Marcos, Texas. The final Notice of Award of Contract shall be given to the successful Bidder by Holman-Farrar Holdings, LLC within sixty (60) days following the opening of Bids and no Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after opening thereof. Attention is called to the requirement that not less than the prevailing wage rate for construction trades must be paid on this Project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The right is reserved, as the interest of Holman-Farrar Holdings, LLC may require, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities in Bids received.
