The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain a contract are more fully described in the tender documents. Regardless of the method of shipment that the tenderer chooses to adopt, all tenders must, to be validly received, be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "TPU-300322-A - Submission for the supply of sand, raw gravel and sieved gravel 2022" Note that the directives adopted by the Government of Quebec to counter the spread of the Coronavirus must be respected to attend the opening of tenders, including, but not limited to, wearing a mask and social distancing measures. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
