o Installation of approximately 215 feet of 4-inch PVC C900 water main including a 4-inch gate valve and box. o Installation of a submersible pump, motor, and accessories in an existing 8-inch well (well is newly constructed and does not contain anything inside it). o Renovations to an existing concrete masonry unit block pump house building including electrical, process piping, HVAC, controls, wood framing, and masonry work. o Installation of a backup LP-fired generator and automatic transfer switch. o Improvements to the existing turbine well pump (removing existing back-up motor PTO drive from well shaft). o Miscellaneous site improvements including abandonment of water distribution appurtenances and replacement of sections of chain link fencing. Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this project.
