The contract awarded will be for a firm period of one (1) year with the possibility of renewal for two (2) other periods of one (1) year each, at BAnQ's discretion. BAnQ charges annual fees to maintain the various sectors. Annual rates must be guaranteed for the entire duration of the contract including renewal options (for a total of three (3) years). BAnQ also asks to submit an hourly rate for additional work at BAnQ's request. The hourly rate must be guaranteed without increase for the entire duration of the contract including renewal options (for a total of three (3) years). And finally BAnQ asks to submit a percentage of administration costs and profit for the supply of plants, materials, equipment and subcontracting at the request of BAnQ and which does not concern the maintenance work of the various sectors.
