Tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1. a guarantee or a check certified by a financial institution made out to the order of Ville de Rimouski, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the quotation, valid for sixty (60) days; 2. an authorization to sign on behalf of the company; 3. Bidder's statement; 4. if required, a letter of intent from a duly authorized company guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents: a) performance guarantee of 50% of the total amount of the tender; b) guarantee of payment of labor and materials of 50% of the total amount of the tender. 5. a certificate of tax compliance. The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
