Renovation of a municipal facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All bidders must file a "Bidders Proof of Responsibility Form" with the Village Engineer on or before 4:00 P.M. on March 17, 2022. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Village of West Milwaukee for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening bids. Each bidder agrees upon submission of bid that if the same be accepted within said time period, he shall be bound by the terms of acceptance hereinafter contained. \ The Village of West Milwaukee reserves the right to reject any or all bids received or to accept any bid which may be to the best interest of the Village of West Milwaukee. Bids shall include the furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., for the 2022 Gateway Sign Project. \ Bids shall include the furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., for complete operating installation of the 2022 Gateway Sign Project. \ Approximate quantities of work on the 2022 Gateway Sign Project to be expected are as follows: 1 LS - Electrical at 4601 W. Lincoln Avenue \ 1 LS - Gateway Monument Sign Foundation at 4601 W. Lincoln Avenue \ 1 LS - Gateway Monument Sign Structure at 4601 W. Lincoln Avenue \ Together with appurtenant construction. \
