Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information VA Contract No.: 36C24918C0012, 36C24922R0045 Project 614-17-113 - Renovate Building 1, 1st Floor Primary Care Clinic Memphis VA Medical Center 1030 Jefferson Avenue Memphis, TN 38104 NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this project. The small business size standard is $39.5M. The PSC is Y1DA. The Magnitude of Construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A scheduled site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 9:30AM CT at the Memphis VA Medical Center. participants attending will meet at the Memphis VA Medical Center, Building 1A, Room F102. All attendees are to RSVP with the Contracting Officer at robert.pritchard2@va.gov, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. To obtain clarifications and/or additional information concerning the contract requirement, specifications, and/or drawings, submit a written Request for Information (RFI) via email to the Contracting Officer, Robert Pritchard at robert.pritchard2@va.gov. RFI's must be specific in identifying section, paragraph, and page number. Questions received after 1:00PM, CT September 7, 2022, will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. All questions must be submitted in writing only. In accordance with P.L 109-461, this acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible to receive an award under this solicitation, the SDVOSB contractor must be listed and viewable in the Vetbiz Registry located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of offers due and at time of the award. Offerors are advised that the fast-track reverification program ended September 30, 2012. Consequently, offerors in reverification status will not be eligible to submit offers for this project. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM), all prospective offerors must have an active SAM's registration at the time of offer submission. Project will be procured under FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation factors are listed in the solicitation. Submit proposal and supporting documentation to the address in block 8. Hard copy bonds are NOT REQUIRED. Project 614-17-113 - Renovate Building 1, 1st Floor Primary Care Clinic Memphis VA Medical Center 1030 Title of Project: Renovate Building 1 Primary Care 2. Scope of Work: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work to Renovate Building 1 1st Floor Primary Care as required by drawings and specifications. 3. Background: Primary Care space is currently underutilized and very poorly configured for use as the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) space. Also, Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) measures cannot be achieved. 4. Performance Period: The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in a total of 547 calendar days or less from date of Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). a. Reduction in Performance Period 1) If the award is made for BID ITEM II, taking the Deductive Alternate A, the period of performance remains 547 calendar days. 2) If the award is made for BID ITEM III, taking the Deductive Alternate B as well, the period of performance remains 547 calendar days. 3) If the award is made for BID ITEM IV, taking the Deductive Alternate C as well, the period of performance is reduced by 30 calendar days to 517 calendar days. 4) If the award is made for BID ITEM V, taking the Deductive Alternate D as well, the period of performance is reduced by 20 calendar days to 497 calendar days. 5) If the award is made for BID ITEM VI, taking the Deductive Alternate E as well, the period of performance remains 497 calendar days. b. Work hours 1) Normal hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 2) Work at other than normal hours are required for activities that impact the normal operations of Medical Center, i.e., utility shutdown. Excessive noise and vibration are a concern for the project limits between gridlines 9 to 11 and A to E. Coordinate work that will transmit noise and vibration through the 2nd floor slab for other than normal hours. All other noise and vibration activities shall not be done within the same limits from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily. Avenue Memphis, TN 38104 NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this project.
