Scope of Work: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work to Renovate Building 1 1st Floor Primary Care as required by drawings and specifications. 3. Background: Primary Care space is currently underutilized and very poorly configured for use as the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) space. Also, Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) measures cannot be achieved. 4.
