Repair of the ventilation system at the CHSM (INSTALLATION SCREENS) CALL FOR TENDERS NO ODIM-2022-0073 The Integrated University Health and Social Services Center (CIUSSS) of the West Island of Montreal, having its administrative center at 2400, boulevard des Sources, Pointe-Claire (Quebec) H9R 0E9 is requesting submissions for the project titled "Repair of the ventilation system at SMHC (SCREEN INSTALLATION) ". The estimated value of the construction work is between $100,000.00 and $121,199.00 (plus tax) . For your information, the work under this contract consists mainly of the installation of screens (to reduce noise) around the ventilation systems on the roof of Pavilion A (9 storeys) of St Mary's Hospital The work execution deadline is 4 weeks from the date of the authorization to start the work given by the project manager, except for the availability of the equipment before starting. The work will be carried out in an occupied building, in constant operation. Your submission must submit the following documents to be admissible: Submission Form F-2050-1 (January 2009); Bid Bond F-2060-1 (October 2010); If a contractor submits several tenders for the same call for tenders, all his tenders are automatically rejected. Only contractors having a business office in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act are eligible to bid. . A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec or registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. A tender will be rejected, after authorization by the manager pursuant to the provisions of section IV.1 of chapter II of the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies, if it includes an abnormally low price. The Project Manager does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
