The adjudication is subject to the approval of the treatment chain by the MELCC. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE A bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount equivalent to 10% of the bid and a letter of intent must accompany the bid. All tenders (including security and letter of intent) must be valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days following the date set for the opening of tenders . SUBMISSION MODE The bidding method is in two stages, firstly an evaluation of the bids according to the quality criteria established in the tender documents and secondly, the opening of the envelope containing the price. of the bid for bidders who have obtained the minimum score of 70 points out of 100. Thirdly, a calculation based on the quality score and the price, as described in the bid documents, will result in a final score for each tenderer. The Municipality of Yamachiche does not accept any offer sent by fax or email, any offer sent in this way will be automatically rejected.
