Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This solicitation describes a requirement for the RRR Pagkage - 7A. Please see RFP for more details on this matter. The major items of work are as follows: - Removal and replacement of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, pedestrian ramps, medians and crossings; - Repairs to concrete as described in the specifications and drawings; - Repair road structure failures; - Rebuild road structures; - Cold milling of existing asphalt; - Asphalt pavement overlay; - Installation of perforated drainage pipe; - Rebuild, install/decommission manholes, catch basins and leads; - Adjust existing manholes, catch basins and water valves; - Traffic accommodations; - Quality control; - Other related works. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
