As of 04/14/2022 this project has been awarded to PEARSON CONSTRUCTION LLC for the following amount Mobilization/Demobilization - $35,000 Site Prep (ponds and berm area, topsoil removed) - $100,000 Fill two onsite ponds with base rock (includes delivery of rock, placement, and compaction) - $14 Soil (delivered), placement, and compaction - $11 SWPPP Preparation, Erosion Control Installation - $15,700 Landscaping (seeding, fertilization, and erosion matting) - $82,280 for the total amount of $233,005. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE Due to the ongoing pandemic conditions a pre-bid conference will only be held through written questions, clarifications, or modifications submitted by email to Jason Brogden, Senior Buyer, at jbrogden@wichita.gov and Alex Dean, Program Manager, at adean@wichita.gov 4-7 Days Before Bid Opening.
