The proposed work consists of furnishing the following equipment and materials: Bid Item No. 1: One (1) 5kV Indoor Metalclad Switchgear Lineup Unit #1 Bid Item No. 2: One (1) 5kV Indoor Metalclad Switchgear Lineup Unit #2 Bid Item No. 3: One (1) 15kV Indoor Metalclad Switchgear Lineup Unit #3 For technical questions contact Jeff Pearce at jpearce@ gpdgroup.com. You must contact the Engineer's Office to be a registered bidder. Only proposals submitted by registered bidders will be accepted. All bids shall be signed and submitted in duplicate on the forms provided separately with the specifications. Bids shall state the price by item and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked: Village of Carey Ogg Street Substation Upgrade Major Equipment and addressed to the attention: Office of the Village Administrator 127 N. Vance Street, Carey, Ohio 43316-1098 Bidders must use the proposal forms provided, as none other will be accepted. Each proposal must contain the full name and e-mail of the party or parties making the same and all parties interested therein. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Village of Carey, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
