Location: Corydon, Kentucky Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the City of Corydon, KY or bidder's bond executed by the bidder and Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Kentucky in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Should any contractor whose bid is accepted default in furnishing 100% Performance and Payment Bond and contract required, then certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner. LD- The Owner has established the amount of $200 per day for liquidated damages for each day past the 4 months contract time that the project remains not substantially complete
