Contract includes trim, gutters and downspouts. Provide and install metal roofing over existing metal roofs using the Roof Hugger(TM) system according to code. Provide and install minimum of 22 gauge painted metal roofing similar to MS-200 from Taylor Metal Products or equivalent. Fasteners must be concealed. Metal roofing must be mechanically sealed with butyl sealant Provide and install all metal trim, including oversized coping metal. Provide and install gutters and downspouts of appropriate size.
