The City of Hollywood, Florida Community Redevelopment (CRA) is seeking responses from qualified, experienced licensed firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Proposer, to provide Paint Application and Maintenance for six (6) First Aid Stations, fifteen (15) Lifeguard Towers, Broadwalk Knee Wall and miscellaneous site furnishings, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation Q & A deadline: Mar 22, 2022 7:00:00 AM EDT The initial contract term shall commence upon date of award by the CRA and shall expire five (5) years from the execution date. The CRA reserves the right to extend the contract for one (1) additional five-year period, providing all terms, conditions and specifications remain the same, both parties agree to the extension, and such extension is approved by the CRA. The CRA reserves the right to award the contract in any combination it determines to in the best interest of the CRA/City. The Proposal shall be considered an offer on the part of the Proposer, which offer shall be deemed accepted upon approval of the Hollywood CRA Board, and in case of default the Hollywood/CRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and request new Proposals. The CRA also reserves the right to award any resulting agreement as it deems will best serve the interests of the CRA.
