Unit price bids for Roadbed Reclamation as well as Portland cement material will be received (both delivered and F.O.B.), for application on various county roads in Pearl River County, MS. The successful bidder will be determined by the lowest unit price of each item. However, the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject all bids. A certificate of liability insurance will be required of the successful bidder ($1,000,000.00 aggregate). Attention is called to the fact that contracts exceeding $50,000 require contractors to be licensed under applicable laws of the State of Mississippi and have a certificate of responsibility.
