Renovation of a transportation facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The project includes the installation of an estimated 307 solar panels at the Lancaster Operations Center in order to expand the current solar power being generated at this facility. SCTA currently has 641 solar panels in operation at this facility. Bidder's Bond, payable to South Central Transit Authority, Lancaster, PA in an amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100 percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, as it deems in its best interest.
