Furnish and Install 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 3,785 Lineal Feet, Furnish and Install 10" PVC Sanitary Sewer 800 Lineal Feet Furnish and Install 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer 1,080 Lineal Feet, Furnish and Install 48" Diameter Manhole 192.5 Vertical Feet, Furnish and Install 8" PVC Water Main 5,500 Lineal Feet, Furnish and Install 2" Asphalt Patching and Overlay, Furnish and Install 4" PVC Sewer and 1" PVC Water Service to all Properties, Turf Restoration of All Disturbed Areas Included in this project is an Alternate Bid for 91 private lead water service replacement to homes. This portion of the project is being funded through a WI DNR grant. This portion of the project shall require compliance with Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and American Iron and Steel. We encourage DBE's, including MBE's and WBE's, to submit bid proposals for this work directly as prime contractors or to prime contractors. The awarded contractor shall be required to provide written documentation that good faith efforts were made in soliciting DBE's for use as subcontractors during the bidding process. No bid can be received or considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, or a bid bond in equal amount payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten (10) days from the date of the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
