Separate prices for Tower renovation work and New Training Facility Building will be required. Bidder may elect to bid either or both projects. Separate contracts for each will be awarded due to the anticipated completion dates of each. Scope of work entails: Training tower: re-pointing 20% of exterior, window replacements, re-roofing including asbestos abatement, install anchor points, gut replacement of unisex toilet, install exhaust fan, remove plaster walls/ceilings, install interior lighting Maintenance Building: Construct a pre engineered wood pole barn structure with metal siding, metal roof, concrete slab on grade and code compliant electrical.
