Renovation of a water / sewer project in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Provide Goods and Services to furnish plate settlers in Basins 3, 4, 5, and 6 at the JVWTP, including supports and appurtenances for the plate settlers and chain & flight equipment as described in this Request for Proposals All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Owner. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price payable to the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District as a guarantee that the Proposer, if its Proposal is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of worker's compensation insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in a proposal, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
