The City of Drummondville solicits the market for the emptying and disposal of sludge - WWTP purification plant. As of March 9, 2022 , the documents relating to this call for tenders can be obtained by contacting the Electronic Tendering System by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or at 514 856-6600 or by consulting the website quoting the reference number DR22-PUB-040. The documents are available at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering System. Billing for printing and delivery will be done by Electronic Tendering System. Plans and specifications are non-refundable. The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Any tender, to be valid, must be accompanied by a deposit or a suretyship whose amount is equal to $50,000. Only those who have their main business establishment in the territories covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) are eligible to bid. , the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA) as well as the agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and who have obtained through the SEAO at their name, the tender documents issued by the contracting authority. The City of Drummondville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The City also reserves the right to refuse any tender from a contractor or supplier who, during the last two years preceding the date of opening of tenders, has been the subject of an unsatisfied performance evaluation by municipal organization.
