*** As per Susan Thomas, this project is on hold. Plans for resolicitation are currently unknown. (As of 04/13/2022) The selected firm shall provide for the design and construction of proposed "Okeechobee County HRS Storage Building Design Build". Services shall include, but not be limited to; Providing services for all structural, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, design & drawings, preparation of preliminary and final construction drawings with complete specifications as well as obtaining all required permits for construction & from Florida Department of Health. Okeechobee County is proposing the construction of an enclosed, climate controlled, 4000 sq. ft. commercial storage building to be engineered, designed and constructed at the Okeechobee County HRS Building located at 1700 NW 9th Ave., Okeechobee, FL 34972. Engagement of the selected firm for subsequent phase construction shall be dependent upon the County's satisfaction with initial phase performance.
