Digital tenders addressed to tenders@kincardine.ca will be received by the Municipality until: 12:00:59 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, March 29, 2022 An automatic message will be generated to Bidders submitting their tender by email. Bidders who wish to have a follow up email sent by the Municipality to confirm receipt are to email Lisa Ambeau lambeau@kincardine.ca. The work includes miscellaneous repairs and waterproofing the concrete walls inside the Kincardine Water Treatment Reservoir at 155 Durham Street. There are provisional items for different repair options to be implement, if necessary. Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $40.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates, which includes all taxes. Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of $10,000. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. B. M.
