The School District of Indian River County, Florida is requesting qualifications from Construction Management Firms. The awarded firms will provide Construction Management At Risk Services for projects where the estimated cost does not exceed $2,000,000.00 on an as needed basis as determined the Director of Facilities and Planning. Services shall also include: A. Assisting the architect of record in scope of the work, selection of material, selection of equipment, and value engineering. B. Determining with the owner and architect the maximum cost of the project. C. Determining with the owner and architect the schedule of the project. D.
