Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) For Future Municipal Offices Introduction The City of Huntsville ("City") is accepting proposals from qualifed construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") Services, ncessary for the construction of the City of Huntsville's Future Municipal Offices Project (the "Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). This RFP provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications, general conditions pricing and fee for consideration. New City Hall Building - Consists of an estimated 39,790 SF facility to function as a City Hall building. The facility will be built in the City of Huntsville, Walker County, at 1212 Avenue M, in Huntsville, Texas 77340.
