The present works are the subject of financial assistance within the framework of a municipal water infrastructure program (PRIMEAU) The tender forms and the documents setting out the conditions to be observed or known are contained in the document which is available by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by communicating with one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600 or by consulting the website . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). The opening of the tenders will take place at the same place, immediately after the closing time of the tenders. The deadline for submitting complaints is March 21, 2022.
