Site work for a mixed-use development in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.

Notice is hereby given that Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. as the Construction Manager for the City of St. Petersburg 22nd St. S. Corridor Improvements Project will receive sealed bids from a State of Florida licensed contractor for the furnishing of all materials and labor for landscaping. All bids must be in accordance with the specific trade/ bid package scope of work only. Bids other than the scope of work may not be considered. Only bidders meeting Biltmore Construction Co., Inc., and City of Petersburg Qualification Criteria may bid. Bidders must submit a complete “Subcontractor Prequalification Statement” with their bid. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the bid to be considered non-responsive. Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. and/or the Owner, reserve the right to reject all Bids received and to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in regard thereto as deemed in the best interest of the Owner and/or Biltmore Construction Co., Inc.
