The Town of Hanover invites proposals for labour, material, and equipment necessary for the design, supply, and installation of playground equipment for two (2) neighbourhood parks. The Town of Hanover is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Proponent) to supply labour, material and equipment necessary for the design, supply and installation of Junior and Senior playground equipment at Optimist Park and Kinsmen Ball Park playgrounds (the Project). Proposals shall include a variety of play equipment designed to accommodate users aged 5 to 12 years. The goal of the design is to promote a social, active, creative, inclusive and safe play area at each site. Our aim is to explore the use of modern/contemporary themes with a functional, aesthetically pleasing playground design. We are looking for creativity and the ability to relay the theme through the various playground elements in an effort to enhance play value.
