Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 10 is accepting Request for Proposals for Construction Manager- At-Risk (CMAR) from contractors for a new Logistic Center at 3051 Lone Star Ln, Pinehurst, TX 77362, and Fire Station 183 Renovation located at 26555 Nichols Sawmill Rd, Magnolia, TX 77355. The proposed Logistic Center will consist of a 10,856 s.f. first floor and 2,243 s.f. concrete decked 2nd floor/mezzanine. This will also include a septic system relocation and 18,290 sf of building slab, concrete drives, and parking lot. The Fire Station 183 Renovation is a 9,736 s.f. first floor and 1,788 s.f. second floor demolition and remodel. The site work includes fencing property and adding a building slab for the 430 s.f. additional apparatus bay support spaces. The Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) will be utilized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 775, Texas Health & Safety Code and Ch. 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code.
