The County of Orange is requesting competitive bids for Lead Remediation Services, as more fully detailed in Attachment A, Scope of Work, in model contract. Q&A END DATE from Friday, March 25, 2022 4:00 P.M. (PST) to Monday, April 4, 2022, 4:00 P.M. (PST). ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA BIDSYNC AND MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE BID CLOSED DATE AND TIME. NO HAND-DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATIONS SHALL BE REQUESTED IN WRITING THROUGH BIDSYNC. II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (as more fully detailed in Attachment A, Scope of Work, in Model Contract) 1. Bidders shall follow all EPA and Cal-OSHA guidelines. 2. Bidders shall be a registered hazardous waste hauler and transport any hazardous waste to a permitted storage facility. 3. Bidder shall comply with all applicable State, Federal and Local laws and regulations. All work shall, at minimum, comply with all requirements specified by the Occupation Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 8, pertaining to lead and lead removal.
