Demolition, site work and new construction of a power facility in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

As described above the project consists of the demolition of the existing substation including all equipment, steel, foundations, and cabling followed by the construction of new 138kV-13.2kV substation to interconnect to the existing 138kV PacifiCorp transmission line. This project will require the contractor to perform the following. Work shall include: - All necessary site preparation, storm water management and debris management and containment throughout construction, grading and fill (Contractor is responsible for supplying, placing, compacting, and grading fill material), any required relocation or installation of drainage piping to tie into existing site drainage. - The contractor is responsible for installation, adjustment, placement, and testing of all Owner and Contractor provided electrical equipment, structural steel, concrete foundations, grounding equipment, above and below grade conduit (including feeder getaway conduits to distribution equipment), and finish rock for a complete and functioning facility. The two substation transformers will be set and dressed by the manufacturer, and the contractor will be required to be onsite for assistance should it be required. The placement and dressing of the switchgear building shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. - The contractor is responsible for the installation of all new equipment and all additional primary, secondary, control and grounding connections to the equipment. All conduit, foundations, fiberglass grating, and grounding attachment points are included in this scope. - Contractor will provide all labor and materials as listed on the Bill of Materials drawings for the substation (as noted on the drawing), in addition to all miscellaneous equipment and materials (conduit, cables, lugs, terminations, labels, grounding equipment and conductor, foundations, structural steel, crushed rock surfacing, etc.) for a complete, functional, and working Electrical Substation. Contractor is responsible for previously described foundation work (earthwork, formwork, backfill, anchor bolts, soil compaction, reinforcement, concrete, curing, finishing, joints, and other related work) within the substation. The work includes the entirety of all conduits associated with the new substation. - Contractor is responsible for placing, dressing, aligning, and testing all equipment within scope of work (both Owner and Contractor supplied, transformer testing is outside of Contractor's scope). Contractor is responsible for all primary and electrical control wiring, grounding connections, and lightning static wire within the Substation and Substation Control Panel(s). Contractor is responsible for all testing including wiring and relay testing Question Submission Close Date 3/25/2022 5:00 PM MDT
