The notice of award of contract will be given by the owner within ninety (90) days following the opening of bids. Bidders shall be required to hold bids for at least 90 days after bid opening. This contract is subject to the EPA's "fair share policy", which includes EPA-approved "fair share goals" for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) firms in the Construction, Supplies, Equipment, and Services procurement categories.
